Account and profile details you provide; content you choose to store in Jiyan; device and security information needed to operate the service; and minimal first-party landing-page events.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Jiyan, synchronize your data, improve reliability, answer support requests, and send launch updates only when you consent.
Analytics and cookies
The landing page uses no analytics cookies and sends no raw IP address or browser user-agent to our analytics table. A random session identifier lasts only for the browser tab session. Analytics is disabled when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Service providers may process only what is needed to operate Jiyan. We retain data while your account is active and only as long afterward as needed for security, legal, or operational obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion. You can withdraw launch-email consent at any time. Account deletion removes the account and associated data except records we must retain for legitimate legal or security reasons.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encryption in transit, separated services, and monitoring. No system is risk-free. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated date.
